To become an artisan on ZAILARK, simply click on the "Register as Artisan" button and fill out the application form. Our team will review your submission and get back to you within 3-5 business days. There's no cost to join our platform.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log in to your ZAILARK account to view the status of your order.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and select digital wallets. For international orders, we accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Note that custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
